Prices are per room per night and include tea and cake on arrival, a twin or double room for two people, full English breakfast and v.a.t. at 17.5%

As a norm we only accept 2 night reservations at weekends but it is worth checking your specific requirements
Children
For the comfort of other guests we do not accept children under the age of 10 years. Children sharing parents room will be charged £20.00 per night to include v.a.t. at 17.5% and full English breakfast. Children in a seperate room will be charged full price.
Pets
We accept pets with prior arrangement in one room. Pets are not permitted at any time in the public rooms nor allowed to be left unaccommpanied at any time.
Smoking Policy
17 is a totally non smoking establishment. A charge equivelent to one night's accommodation will be made for any contravention. Should it be necessary to take out a room for a longer period, all costs will be charged
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be guaranteed by credit or debit card-no amount is normally charged until check out. We ask for a non refundable deposit of the first night's stay for reservations guaranteed by cheque, cheques should be made payable to Five Rise Enterprises Limited.
Reservation Policy
Reservations cancelled within five working days of arrival will be charged the full amount, unless the room is re let, cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% will be charged and if cancellation is within 28 days of arrival 50% will be charged. A non refundable administration charge of £25.00 is included in all reservations and cancellations.

17 Returners Club
Members of the Returners Club will be able to enjoy favourable prices and offers from 2008 with their Returners Club Card
