Making a Booking
Guests are reminded that only our own personal booking facility shown here allows you to book two and three night break prices, Seasonal Madness prices and Special Offers as shown on our Blog.
When you have choosen your room and checked the availability also check the Seasonal Madness prices and dates which are available at different times throughout the year. Our Blog shows any last minute deals. You may be very pleasantly surprised.
Availability at a Glance
The availability calendar on our site is usually up to date and unlike some of our links also shows the full selection of accommodation. You can check availability or make a reservation on line or by
e mail info@17burgate.co.uk or by telephoning 01751 473463. For convenience we are also on Skipe. If we can help you with any other information, then please let us know.
There may be amendments at times to the tariff. Please check when making your reservation.
Prices are per room per night for two people sharing a twin or double en suite room and includes:- afternoon tea and cake, full English breakfast and v.a.t.
As a norm we only accept minimum 2 night reservations at weekends but it is worth checking your specific requirements
17 Returners Club
Members of the Returners Club will be able to enjoy favourable prices and offers with their Returners Club Card.
Children
For the comfort of other guests we do not accept children under the age of 10 years. Children sharing parents room will be charged £20.00 per night to include v.a.t. and full English breakfast. Children in a seperate room will be charged full price.
Pets
We accept pets with prior arrangement in one room, we make a charge of £5.00 per animal per night. Pets are not permitted at any time in public rooms nor should be left unaccommpanied in bedrooms at any time.
