17 has been sympathetically renovated to retain the features and charm of its long history dating back to the 17th Century, whilst at the same time all the requirements of the discerning modern traveller have been included.  In addition we take care to use local produce, be it bacon and eggs, beer or plants and minimise our impact on the environment as much as possible.
