Reservation Policy

Reservations can be guaranteed by credit or debit card. We will take a deposit equivalent to a one night stay and this will be subject to our cancellation policy.We ask for a non refundable deposit of the first night’s stay for all rooms reserved by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Amba Arlington Ltd

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within five working days of arrival will be charged the full amount, unless the room is re let, cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% will be charged and if cancellation is within 28 days of arrival 50% will be charged. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 48hours of notification. We will endeavour to relet all cancellations however any costs incurred through the need to discount or deal will be charged. An administration charge of £25 is included and will be applied to all cancellations.We strongly advise guests to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage howsoever caused

We accept payment by cash,cheque, debit and credit cards-payments by credit and company cards will be subject to a transaction cost of 3%. A minimum charge of £4 applies


Children over 10 years of age are welcome at 17. Rooms 11, 12 and 16 can accommodate a childs bed.


We accept pets with prior arrangement in one room. Pets are not permitted at any time in the public rooms nor allowed to be left unaccommpanied at any time. Pets are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture


17 is a non smoking establishment. Guests are therefore requested to refrain within the house. An additional charge of one nights stay will automatically be incurred to cover additional room cleaning
